2022: the romances
December is always a great time to reflect back on the past year, rather than picking up a new book to read, I want to look back over a few books which stuck in my mind these past 12 months. There is no doubt I'll be setting myself a new Good Reads goal... and obviously hitting the sales for some new buys, but for now, let's look at some romances this year that I would highly recommend. The Love Hypothesis - Ali Hazlewood (3/5) This was my first romance of the year (I believe) and it was good! It wasn't one of my favourites, but I've read so many great reviews that I didn't want to miss it. I personally found it a bit far-fetched, but it's a novel, and what fun is reality right? I read this in one night, i didn't want to put it down and I think it's a light-hearted, enjoyable book. If you just want to jump into love, this is the one.
